Our client is international company, European leader fuel and non-fuel services, management, dedicated HGV petrol stations, tolls management etc. Due to development of structure our Client is planning to hire:

Telesales Representative HGV Dedicated Services
Location: Warsaw

Who will be responsible for managing & developing a portfolio of small and medium customers by phone and Internet.

Main objective of the position:
To plan and carry out sales and activities, so as to maintain a solid growth rate of volumes and non-fuel revenues in accordance with agreed business plans.

Work environment:
Demanding market in terms of quality customer service, responsiveness, immediate problem solving. Difficult business environment (grey zone of fuel distribution)

- Managing a portfolio of small and medium customers making less than 60 m3 per year
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Carrying out measures needed to acquire and develop new customers and to cultivate existing customer potential.
- Carrying out measures instrumental to generate new business with existing customers : upselling campaigns
- Launching communication operations by phone (new services, new stations,) decided by the management
- Actively prospecting the market by phone and Internet
- Create and follow up of prospects
- Dealing and managing contracts with clients.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Controlling sales, rebates, commissions (non-fuel) in order to maximize revenues.
- Ensuring that the progress of sales activities is transparent to the management, including forecasts as well as information relevant to market, competitors and customers.
- Attending training and to developing relevant knowledge and skills.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the utmost ethical principles.

- Strong selling and negotiations skills – ideally gained within HGV environment, proven track record of sales wins
- Required previous experience as telesales representative or customer service representative.
- Ability to influence across a wide range of buyers.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect
- Languages: Fluent Polish/ Business English /Ukrainian speaker will be a bonus
