Solution Sales Manager


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of strategies that consider the price and scale for selling the solution and making a proposal to the customer.
  • Understand the technology and solutions required in the region or by the customer and analyze solutions that will sell.
  • Identify solutions that can be sold.
  • Perform the post-sales activities after selling the solution, such as stabilization, customizing, and dealing with customer claims.
  • Perform the grouping of solutions and products into packages, development of business models to offer to customers, and identification of business opportunities through preemptive solution proposals.

Required skills and abilities:
  • +3 years of experience gained in sales area required
  • Knowledge of IM operators marketĀ or transport/logistics market will be an asset
  • English fluency (oral and written)
  • Readiness to take business trips
  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
