Marketing Manager

Description

For our Client, dynamically growing shopping online company, we are looking for a:
 
Marketing Manager 
Location: Warsaw

 
Scope of duties:

  • Marketing and community management in the country with a focus on digital channels;
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget, understand local media landscape and define with the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed user acquisition targets;
  • Manage and monitor online campaigns providing the appropriate visibility to HQ;
  • Define marketing and growth strategy in alignment with HQ;
  • Build and lead the marketing team;
  • Lead all consumer understanding programs and define the communication strategy;
  • Lead local co-marketing activities with retailer partners, define promotional calendar and communication activities;
  • Collaborate with operations team in order to constantly align supply and demand.


Requirements:
●       4-6 years of digital marketing experience at a top retail/FMCG/tech company, experience in e-commerce or startup is a plus;
●       Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges;
●       Experienced budgeting and executing and preferably track record of building a marketing team from scratch;
●       Integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels;
●       Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs;
●       Outstanding people management and talent development skills;
●       Proficient in English and Polish.
