HR Manager/ HR Business Partner

Description

For our Client, an international food company, we are looking for:
 
HR Manager/ HR Business Partner
Location:  Wielkopolska Voivodeship (around 50km from Poznań)
 
Scope of duties:
  • Managing the recruitment, retention & succession process
  • Managing the training & development function including training needs analysis, course design, & delivery.
  • Performing difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Preparing accurate and timely weekly HR reports, as well as any ad hoc reports.
  • Ensuring compliance & best practice on all legislative matters.
  • Coordinating all HR administration.
Expectations:
  • High education (within HR/Business preferable)
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience within a HR role, ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years working as HR Business Partner/Manager.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of polish employment law.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment and a love of change.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of enthusiasm, commitment & motivation.
  • Knowledge of employing foreign workers is a plus.
