Territory Sales Manager

Description

For our Client, one of the leaders in personal protection products, we are looking for:

Territory Sales Manager
District: pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodnio-pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie
Home office

Tasks:

  • Build strong external networks and make the Company known as a leader in personal protection products in defined district;
  • Create, update and execute plans to secure targets;
  • Secure the Company position at defined end users through close relationship;
  • Daily report activities in CRM system and keep customer info updated;
  • Prioritization of activities according to customer potential and classification;
  • Structured planning of activities and customer visits;
  • Build strong external networks and make the Company known as a leader in personal protection;
  • Actively participate in customer events with occasionally flexible working times;
  • Secure and follow up on agreed activities on local contracts;
  • Prepare and perform RAC:
-              Report sales result and prospecting progress according to template
-              Plan/activities next quarter
-              Need for support
-              Agree on targets.
  • In cooperation with manager adapt implement and execute Strategies/business plan.

Expectations:
  • University Degree;
  • Good English command;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in a relevant field;
  • Practical knowledge of personal protection products will be additional benefit;
  • Structured approach;
  • Building up relations/network;
  • Energetic, Persevering, Mature.
