CEE Account Manager (Beverage)


For our Client, an international well-known brand operating in the food additives industry, we are looking for a:
CEE Account Manager (Beverage)
Location: Warsaw
Scope of duties:

  • planning, establishing and executing customer development plans
  • develops the market sales strategy and ensures proper implementation of the strategy with all relevant stakeholders
  • focuses on growing and developing existing customers and generating new business with new potential customers
  • manages price negotiations
  • ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • feeds regional structure with all relevant information regarding markets (clients, competition, products)
  • defines sales & expense budgets, to be validated by the line manager, and sticks to the financial frame provided by the top management
  • ensures proper communication of local activities throughout the region within the beverage category and with other stakeholders where appropriate
  • acts as trusted partner and advisor as main contact to customers
  • plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • business administration, sales or relevant field of technological background of the related business (BA in food science is welcome)
  • wide experience in sales within the flavour or beverage industry
  • excellent presentation and organization skills
  • strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with professionals of all organizational levels
  • well-developed selling skills and client orientated
  • highly self-motivated
  • willingness to travel on a highly frequent basis
