looking for:
Business Development Manager
Whole Poland

Scope of duties:

  • Planning, establishing and executing customer development plans
  • Develops the market/territory sales strategy and ensures proper implementation of the strategy
  • Focuses on growing and developing existing customers and generating new business with new potential customers for the sake of building long-term relationships within meat and fish industry
  • Feed regional structure with all relevant information regarding markets (clients, competition,
  • products).
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

  • Proven experience in sales and providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs within the Food Additives  industry
  • Business relationships within meat & fish processing industry Clients
  • Education in the field of food science would be welcome
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills
  • Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills
  • Fluent English or German
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to travel on a highly frequent basis
  • Enthusiasm for work
