For our Client, a dynamic growing company being part of international group specializing in providing alternative energy services, we are looking for a:
 
Customer Care Coordinator
Workplace: Warsaw

In the following position you will be responsible for:

  • Daily contact with individual Clients
  • Identifying the Clients’ needs
  • Preparing tailor-made offers for Clients
  • Preparing all needed documents, including agreements
  • Feeding regional structure with all relevant information regarding markets (clients, competition, products),
  • Cooperation with Technical Department
Expecations:
  • Experience in sales/ customer service
  • Client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability to build long-term relationship
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
