For our Client, a dynamic growing company being part of international group specializing in providing alternative energy services, we are looking for a:
 
B2B SME Sales Manager
Workplace: Warsaw
 
In the following position you will be responsible for:
 

  • Participating in the creation of the product aimed at SME Clients
  • Developing the market/territory sales strategy and ensuring proper implementation of the strategy
  • Generating new business with new potential customers for the sake of building long-term relationships within SME Clients in whole Poland
  • Feeding regional structure with all relevant information regarding markets (clients, competition, products).

Expectations:
  • Proven experience in sales and providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Experience in cooperation with SME Clients would be an asset
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills
  • Potential to build sales processes
  • Very good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel on a medium frequent basis
