Business Development Manager

Description

For our Client producer of nutritional supplements, dietary products we are looking for an ambitious individual, who will strive to expand business in Poland and Eastern Europe we are looking for:

Business Development Manager
Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a business development strategy (b2b)
  • Arranging business development meetings with our customers and prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct research to identify new distribution strategies and markets (competition and market analysis)
  • Introduce sales-increasing measures by using marketing resources
  • Attend networking events and international trade fairs
 
Skills and Experience
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or other relevant roles
  • Market knowledge, experience of working within sports / nutrition markets would be beneficial
  • Self-motivator, well organized, planning skills, communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required, willingness to travel
  • Business fluent command of English, good Russian and Polish
