Account Manager (Eastern Europe)


For our Client, one of the leaders in food ingredients industry, we are looking for an:
Account Manager (Eastern Europe)
Location: Warsaw
Scope of duties:

  • Planning, establishing and executing customer development plans
  • Developing the market/territory sales strategy and ensuring proper implementation of the strategy with all relevant stakeholders
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing customers and generating new business with new potential customers for the sake of building long-term relationships with most important business partners
  • Managing price negotiations with customers
  • Developing opportunities with assigned accounts by leveraging superior food industry and client relationship skills along with established product portfolio
  • Leading and leveraging development of the Eastern Europe region (mainly: Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Belarus) through consistent interaction, resource fulfillment, project collaboration, and creative innovation
  • Determining appropriate methods to support significant levels of new & existing business development and manage and support all aspects of customer relationships
  • University education, ideally in the field of chemistry, biotechnology, food technology
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food ingredients industry or cosmetics ingredients
  • Fluent English & Russian
  • Ability to create and prepare compelling sales presentations
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to integrate and analyze data
  • Openness to travel up to 75%
  • Strong account management skills
