Marketing Manager ESE

Our Client is the manufacturer of professional cleaning devices
 
Goals and Objectives of the Position
 
The aim is to make the marketing community even more commercially focused, bringing marketing closer to sales and transforming marketing to become more digital resulting in the organization becoming more customer driven. 
The objective is to establish an ESE marketing team to meet the new global strategy and at the same time ensure a dedicated support to the ESE business and sales organisations.
Besides the marketing manager position, the ESE marketing team consist of 8 employees.  The team is working in close corporation with marketing colleagues across the world, and will have dedicated support from head office teams to support both overall campaign planning and direction setting, but also support on tools and marketing services such as eg. Translation, graphical design etc.
 
The new manager will be part of an exciting new journey where he will be driving his regional marketing team and at the same time be part of a global marketing team. Together with peers in the other regions in APAC and Americas, he will have frequent conference calls and bi-annual on location meetings where strategies, direction etc. are set, views discussed and ideas shared.



Responsibilities and tasks
 

  • Establish and maintain the ESE marketing team.
  • Secure effective marketing execution: marketing activity planning, budget planning, media planning and lead generation
  • Transform a large percentage of marketing execution from print to digital – and implement innovative digital marketing programs and campaigns
  • Close sparring and cooperation with sales organization and implement ROMI (return of marketing investment calculations)
  • Create strong BtB brand awareness across the ESE region
  • Develop and execute effective campaigns, newsletters, brochures and other sales materials
  • Coordinate and plan trade and road shows
Requirements
 
Education
 
Master’s degree within business, marketing or similar
Language skills
 
Fluent in in oral and written English.
Professional Experience
 
Preferably, 5-10 years of experience from relevant similar marketing position either from a large international technology intensive corporation or from an agency working with international customers. Preferably, experience from working with a sales organization.
 
Sector experience
 
B-t-B, product marketing
Technical Skills
 
Experienced Microsoft Office user – especially in excel.
Other Specific skills or knowledge
 
Some experience with people management, preferably across countries and borders, and strong understanding of the cultural differences across the ESE region. Strong understanding of, and practical experience in, marketing on a strategic, tactical and operational level.
 
Additional Value in relation

Proven track record within sales impact from marketing (ROMI and lead generation)
