Customer Service Specialist with French


Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking and processing (scheduling) all transport orders coming from customers/requestors
  • Handling over non-scheduled orders
  • Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered
  • Track the status of orders in the Transport Management System and communicate issues and solutions
  • Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
  • Support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects
  • University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree)
  • Some experience in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within logistic area are also very welcomed
  • Very good English language skills
  • Very good German language skills are required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Customer service mindset
  • High level of analytical skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with creativity, engagement high level of multitasking skills
