For our International Client, leading specialist in manufacturing industry, we are looking for experienced Payroll Specialist, who will join new Finance Hub team based in Poland.

Responsibilities:
- Management of payroll process, providing payroll support to EMEA/ DACH local entities (close cooperation with German, local Hubs and external payroll providers)
- Overseeing and controlling deadlines, data quality and submissions with external payroll providers – gathering, analyzing payroll data and correcting potential errors with external provider, ensuring payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal and taxation standards (mainly German market), prevention and correction of potential errors in payroll calculation
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all payroll related data
- Taking part in payroll related projects and improvement initiatives
- Supporting German colleagues in administration, payroll field (SME)
- Timely execution of payments to social security, tax authorities and employees
- Managing benefit cards process (Sodexo)
- General administration tasks – auditor’s support, reporting, preparation of data and accounting postings
- Close cooperation with external partners (local payroll suppliers) and internal departments - HR, Controllership, FP&A and others
Requirements:
• Relevant work experience in payroll area – 3-5 years
• German payroll legislation knowledge and experience in payroll processes in German market – would be a great value
• Advanced German skills (minimum B2 level)
• Good English skills (minimum B1 level)
• Willingness to work in international environment while having contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong logical and reasoning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good work organization and ability to meet deadlines
