AP Specialist with French (Accounts Payable)

Responsibilities:

In close cooperation with your colleagues from AP team, you will be responsible for:

Performing day to day suppliers’ invoices bookkeeping, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data (SAP)

Processing of supplier invoices/credit notes for the various company entities

Checking, correcting and entering invoices/credit notes/ cash receipts due compliance with VAT regulations, invoicing, collecting and submitting information

Reconciling various suspense accounts and vendor accounts to complete vendor ledger

Close cooperation with other departments from France and Belgium and external suppliers

•        Relevant work experience or professional practice in Accounts Payable area – at least few months

•        Good knowledge of French and English language (min. B2 level)

•        Strong logical and reasoning skills

•        Strong interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team

•        SAP knowledge would be an asset

•        Education related with finance/ accounting field – preferred

•        Willingness to develop knowledge and professional experience in AP area within international environment
