Business Analyst (PMO Associate) with English

Job location: Hybrid work system/ Warsaw or Wrocław

Responsibilities:

·        Project and database management – maintenance and updating global database and contact lists

·        Participation in projects related with data processing – data collecting, data analysis and visualization

·        Creating reports and presentation of relevant data to the teams

·        Participation in the implementation of ongoing projects and support of Account Management Services team (Assurance service line)

·        Supporting teams in multi-location, international projects

·        Close cooperation with Assurance teams and regional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in data reporting/data analysis/ project management - 1-3 years

• Data processing, reporting and presentation skills

• Advanced Ms Office skills – Excel, Power point, Word 

• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)

• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and commercial acumen

• Willingness to develop professional skills in project management, interest in business and commerciality

• Ability to work on various projects in fast-moving environment

• Strong logical and reasoning skills 

• Education related with business management would be an advantage

• Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerApps would be an advantage

• German/ French skills - would be an advantage
