Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring that all the procurement related activities assigned are completed with the agreed timelines and accurately, 
• Responsible for delivering best in class end to end process execution and will play a vital role in on-time stabilization of new activities & new service lines,
• Contribute to ensure that that all key metrics agreed for the processes are met, misses if any are highlighted to the Team Lead clearing articulating the dependencies on a daily basis,
• Responsible for knowledge capture, ensure that the SOP’s are updated and are current,
• Ensure that all the activities assigned and completed within the agreed control and compliance framework and are in line with the Global Standard Policy and Procedures, 
• Proactively highlight deviations if any, to the Procurement Team Lead/Manager,
• Participate in Quality and Continuous improvement initiatives and Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and standardize the current procurement activities,
• Proactively build long-term, sustainable and effective relationships with the businesses and acting as Procurement helpdesk (suppliers/buyers) – emails & phone calls used as communication channels,
• Change/ upload contracts in SAP and request for Master data creation/amendments.

Expectations:

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role 
• Working knowledge of SAP,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English,
• Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Ability to work under pressure and remain composed,
• Ability to provide high quality level of customer service, 
• Prior experience in working with Procurement tools.
