For our International Client, leading specialist in industrial electronics field, we are looking for a Candidate for the new role in the company.

Accountant

Responsibilities:

·        Processing purchase invoices, payments and expense claims

·        Entering data into the accounting software

·        Booking of invoices and bank statements

·        Monthly closing of the books and delivery of a complete ledger each month

·        Ensure a reconciliation between the general ledger and sub-ledgers, such as accounts receivable, -payable and (fixed) assets

·        Preparation of payment advice

·        Completing VAT returns

·        Being the local contact for auditors regarding tax, audit and other issues

·        Close cooperation with the head office located in Netherlands

·        Additional administrative tasks related with new joiners in the company

Requirements:

•        Professional experience in accounting field – 3-5 years

•        Knowledge of Polish accounting standards

•        Ability to work using accounting/ ERP systems

•        Advanced English skills – min. B2 level

•        Good work organization and proactive attitude

•        Good interpersonal and communication skills

•        Education related with accounting, finance field would be an advantage
