Resposibilities:

• Serving as a key member of the EMEA HRLT, Central and Eastern Europe Leadership team 
• Implement the overarching HR strategy in your region
• Supporting the business through an organizational and cultural evolution
• Providing strong partnership on Talent, People, ID&E and Business strategy for the region
• Manage a team of ~ 8 full time employees and contractors
• Reporting to EMEA HR Director

Your profile:

• 10+ years of experience in HR Partner role or related roles 
• Experience managing, inspiring and developing a team
• Strong business acumen
• Strong collaboration working cross-functionally and in a multicultural matrix environment
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and work with a variety of stakeholders across levels and functions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Curious, bold thinking, need to growing career and being part of a winning team
• Market shaping need, willingness to transform the agriculture industry to meet the world’s growing need for food
• Openness to diverse, inclusive work environment
• Innovator attitude to bring initiative and fresh ideas that drive our business into the future and make us an industry leader
• Advanced level of English is a must
