Responsibilities:

- Management of the production site

- Supervising employees and their development

- Lead the team by example (if it is needed support them by action with basic duties) 

- Performance of the company's strategic goals

- Monitoring the achievement of production targets, quality and orders' timeliness

- Supervision of all company processes and their constant optimization

- Responsibility and management of food standards such as IFS, GMO and GHP

- Annual establishment budget

- Close cooperation with HQ

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in a similar position in food industry

- Fluent communication in English

- Professional knowledge and experience with food standards like IFS, GMO, GHP

- Ability to manage human capital (pro-worker approach)

- Great interpersonal skills and business manner  

- Organizational skills on high level

- Higher education (technical preferred)

- Current driving license

- CV in English
