For our client we are looking for:

Design Lead is responsible for providing user-centered design solutions that feature ease of use, employ best-in-class interaction design, and optimize the user experience.

Is capable to focus on single system or project, as well as provide general guidelines and standards for UI/UX across multiple teams and solutions.

Lead Designer is hands-on, active problem solver and the visionary force behind the journey design and strong influencer of the technical solution to achieve an exceptional customer-centered outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Help teams define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.
• Build strategies, designs, products and deliverables related to UI/UX area of expertise.
• Engage with delivery of work, cooperating closely with developers and stakeholders, as well as contributing with hands-on activities.
• Lead design discipline - mentor and coach the design specialists, introduce new ways of working and ensure execution is aligned with project goals and strategy.
• Work with CPO and POs to align the roadmap to vision and continuous insights to ensure that designs and established approach meets customer needs and project objectives.
• Look constantly for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Ensure consistency between UX/UI designs in entrusted scope of products/projects.
• Develop and teach standards supporting best practices and top-notch user experience.

Expectations:

• 3-5 years of experience in area of UI/UX design (leadership experience required)
• Ability to build or direct clear and creative artifacts (e.g., task flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to guide consistency across teams) 
• Seasoned design expertise with deep insight into newest methods, trends, and design operations
• Can make design decisions at a team and product level
• Hands-on experience in development utilizing modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery etc.)
• Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units
• Experience in developing UI/UX standards and/or strategies to be utilized by multiple groups and teams.
