Job description:

• Mapping and acquiring new business opportunities 
• Remote customer support
• Answering to order related customer queries via email and phone
• Daily order management
• Providing quotes and creating product offers
• Managing customer expectations
• Ensuring invoices are created and sent to the customers on time
• Participation in industry events

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (native speaker preferred)
• Communicative English or Polish
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• University degree, preferably in sciences
• Experience in a similar position
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to details
