Description

Scrum Master will join two of Scrum Teams supporting the company in business process analysis, data extraction and pre-processing, data analysis, design, implementation, documentation and maintenance of the Java back end and front end applications being a part of portfolio of applications used on daily basis.

The responsibilities include removing impediments beyond competences of the Team, fostering internal cooperation, Team development.

Responsibilities

•      Support the team in its daily activities,

•      Cooperation with Product Owner and Developers on clarifying the requirements and detailing Product Backlog Items,

•      Removing impediments the Team faces,

•      Foster cooperation within the team as well as between the Team and end users, subject matter experts and other teams,

•      Facilitate and moderate meetings, help in risks identification, working with team toward finding a resolution to issues encountered,

•      Measure, manage and communicate Scrum metrics to team members, business stakeholders and management

•      Coach the Team in its Scrum adoption, help understand agile, empirical software product development

•      Identify and help to develop the Team technical and soft skills and competencies,

•      Create continuous improvement culture and support Scrum Team development needs

•  Work with the group of Scrum Masters and Product Owners to exchange experiences, build standards and best practices of the Scrum in the organization, be a mentor for other Scrum Masters and Scrum Team members

We are looking for:

•      With PSM I certificate or with at least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master,

•      With excellent communication skills (in both: Polish and English),

•      Self-reliant with ability to adapt,

•      With organizational skills and experience in resolving conflicts,

•       Creative, with the ability to motivate to overcome difficulties,

•      Quick learner. 

•      Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint,

•      Experience with various software development methodologies,

•      Project management experience,

•      Analytical skills.
