For our client, an international helicopter supplier based in Sweden, we are looking for:

Contract Manager / Legal Counsel

(region: Poland)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
• Maintaining contractual records
• Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
• Developing and presenting project proposals
• Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
• Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contracts
• Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
• Managing delivery schedules and budgets
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project manager as a contract manager
• Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
• Making sure projects meet agreed standards
• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
• Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
• Working on-site and in an office
• Developing and implementing procedures and policies
• Responsible for helping generate, negotiate, and close a variety of aircraft brokerage, management, as well as provide support with other types of agreements as necessary

THE EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS:

• Education in business law, European law or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in transactions, contract negotiations
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1)
• Willingness to travel on business (including abroad)
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships
• Self-reliance, meticulousness and responsibility

OTHER WELCOME:

• Experience in the aviation industry
