Integration Analyst

For our client we are looking for
INTEGRATION ANALYST.
Our client is an international production company with branches in the USA, EMEA and Asia.
Integration Analyst will join an Integration Team that builds and maintains integration solutions based on TIBCO platform. Responsibilities on that position include: establishing, analyzing, validating and documenting data integration requirements.
Accountabilities:
• Understand business motivation and gather data integration requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders while conducting business process mapping and data analysis.
• Translate complex business processes and functional requirements into technical specifications, documenting process flows, data structures and overall requirements using proper artifacts
• Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility study.
• Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business applications and integrated systems.
• Liaise with distributed development teams on daily basis to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries, Excel, CSV and XML files.
• Quickly develop the understanding of particular business domains and facilitate the definition of canonical data models
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing and user training.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot problems reported by users operating across various geographies.
• Establish relationship and act as the primary point-of-contact with the internal or external data providers to report any outage or data discrepancy.
• Lead the effort to establish, define, maintain and communicate data architecture guidelines, standards and best practices within the data integration domain
Experiance:
• Experience performing business systems analysis in fast-paced, dynamic and team-based environments
• Familiarity with general data modeling practices
• Active involvement in projects that featured business process management, application integration, data integration or ETL processes
• Experience with data analysis and mapping, including translations and transformations of data set
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL queries, Excel, CSV and XML files
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various methodologies
• Communicates effectively through both verbal and written skills (in Polish and English)
