Description

We are looking for a Business System Manager / Product Manager for a client from the production industry. This is one of the biggest global companies in agri-business.

The core focus of this role's activity is to partner with business and software vendor delivery teams, bring product owner approach, with proficiency in process mapping / storyboarding and translating into functional specifics, supporting execution of IT Enterprise Application strategy with regional and global projects delivery.

Expectations:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role (including team management) or the role of Product Manager,
• Fluent in English; any other european language is a plus
• Strong digital skills
• Knowledge of project management practices - in particular Agile methodology
• Possibility to wear multiple hats in flat design, with multiple stakeholders mainly located in Europe and Asia

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates project governances to drive demand & risk management for projects delivery & maintenance
• Provide leadership in driving product owner mindset / culture
• Conducting requirements gathering sessions and breaking down needs into process maps / customer journey maps / storyboarding
• Creates and maintains the Product Backlog, prioritizes, and sequences the backlog according to identified business benefit or ROI, elaborate prioritized user stories with sprint goals
• Develop Business and Functional requirements documents and assist development teams in understanding functional requirements
• Participates and coordinates testing, training, and stakeholder communication. 
• Works with business to investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues
