- Attract new clients and execute sales budget
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients
- Work in accordance with set of KPIs
- Lead comprehensive recruitment projects
- Search for creative ways to implement projects
- Build, maintain and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
- Build and update candidates database
- Prepare statistics and reports both for clients and candidates
- Represent Spring externally (trade fairs, conferences, business meetings)
- Have at least 2 years of experience (6 months for Junior Consultant) in a similar role and experience in the sales of HR services
- Feel well in recruiting for various positions using direct search method
- Have a working knowledge of the recruitment & selection methods
- Know sector/industry you would like to recruit for
- Know various recruitment tools and labour law
- Are fluent in English
- Communicate well and are capable to work under time pressure
- Have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
